How long will my order take to arrive?

It usually takes about 5-6 working days for shipping within India however the delivery time may vary based on holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
U.A quality pairs may take up to 70 days based on the availability.
If you opt for international shipping your deliver time may be more extensive

What if I order the wrong size ?
We suggest you check your size with the help of your previous purchase or use a size chart for the correct sizing, However if you do end up purchasing the wrong size you would be charged a handling fee depending on your location for the exchange if the sizing error is from the customer's end.

How to film an unboxing video ?
Film a 360° view video of the parcel before opening it followed by a complete video of the package being opened and the product as well as highlighting the damage, defect on the shoes.
the video need to be shot in day light or in a good surrounding with good lighting.
Make sure your video is not blur or cropped/edited in any way or at any part of the video
